As Head of Marketing for Climb Real Estate, I led corporate and agent marketing for one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area ($1B sales volume, and over 200 agents).

After an acquisition by Realogy/NRT (now Anywhere Real Estate, Inc.), I led a full corporate rebrand that successfully prepared the brokerage for national franchise.

To streamline agent services, education, and support, I launched best-in-class marketing automation platforms that empowered agents to reach their sales goals, an agent-facing intranet portal, and developed new agent onboarding and continuous education programs.

I secured and led a B2B relationship with the former global branding agency Butchershop Creative, collaborating on brand launches for Okta, Zenefits, CMG Consulting, and Microsoft.

I was responsible for the UX/UI design of virtual instrumentation and control system interfaces for industrial applications, including agriculture and firefighting heavy equipment, for German industrial control systems manufacturer IFM Efector.
